Early availability of direct deposits is dependent on the timing of your payor’s payment instructions and/or fraud prevention overlays. These limitations may be modified at our sole discretion without advance notice. We do not guarantee early availability of any direct deposits, and eligibility of a direct deposit for early availability may change between pay periods. Any direct deposit not posted early will be made available according to our Funds Availability schedule. We reserve the right to discontinue the service at our sole discretion and without notice. 

² Members Choice Complete Checking®: To receive the stated dividend rate for a particular monthly qualification cycle, you must receive monthly eStatements, at minimum ten (10) debit card purchases per month must have posted and maintain an aggregate minimum direct deposit of $150.00 to this account per month. If account requirements are not met, the dividend rate on the entire balance is .0% for that monthly cycle. Complete Checking accounts are Tiered Rate accounts. For these accounts, the specified Dividend Rate for a tier will apply only to the portion of the account balance that is within that tier. Members Choice Credit Union Direct Deposit "Payday Giveaway" Official Rules and Regulations 

Members Choice Credit Union Payday Giveaway: Four (4) prize winners will be selected at random during the entry period beginning Tuesday, October 15,2024 at 12:01 a.m. through Sunday, December 15,2024 at 11:59 p.m. and each will  receive a cash award to be deposited into the primary membership share account. Prize amounts include two (2) $1,000 awards and two (2) $500 awards, with a maximum of $1,500 in total awards for each 30 days within the entry period.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Members Choice Credit Union Payday Giveaway entry period begins Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. and ends on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (CST) (“Entry Period”). Entry into the Members Choice Credit Union Payday  Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion. Entries received prior to or after the entry period are not eligible for the offer.  

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. The Members Choice Credit Union Payday Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Only individual persons may participate. Registration or participation from any corporation or other entity shall not be accepted or considered valid. An eligible "Member" for the purposes of the Program means the primary accountholder of a Members Choice Credit Union Savings or Checking account in good standing (as determined by Members Choice Credit Union in its sole discretion) at the time of entry and at the time of drawing. A "Prospective Member" for the purposes of the Program means an individual who is not yet, but eligible to become a member at the time of entry and at the time of drawing, as defined by Eligibility Requirements available online: https://www.mccu.com/member-rewards/become-a-member. Employees of Members Choice Credit Union, members of the Board of Directors, and their families residing in a single household are not eligible. Some restrictions may apply.   

HOW TO ENTER: Any participant who enrolls into direct deposit online using the EZSwitch Direct Deposit feature through Tuesday, October 15, 2024, and Sunday, December 15, 2024, will be automatically entered for the chance to win one (1) of four (4) cash prizes to be deposited into the primary membership share account. All entries received before or after the contest dates are void and ineligible for a prize.   

ALTERNATE WAYS TO ENTER OR WIN GIVEAWAY:  Any member or prospective member age 18 and over who does not qualify for the drawing by completing the entry steps listed above in the specified time period can enter by completing a postcard that includes your name, phone number, complete address, email and birth date and mailing it to our 18211 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094 location postmarked on or after Tuesday, October 15, 2024 and set to arrive by Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. to qualify to enter. Limit one (1) entry per participant. Postcards must be complete, accurate and legible to qualify. All information submitted becomes the property of Members Choice Credit Union and will not be acknowledged or returned. All submissions must be received during the entry period. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Members Choice Credit Union is not responsible for any potential issues or other difficulties that may arise during the entry process.   

WINNERS: There will be two (2) winners selected at random each 30-day period during the giveaway - one drawing on November 20, 2024 and one drawing on December 18,2024, for a total of four (4) winners. The winners will be announced on this Members Choice web page, Facebook and Instagram channels within five (5) business days after each drawing . Members Choice Credit Union will also attempt to notify the winner within five (5) business days of selection via e-mail and/or phone. Prize forfeiture will occur: if a potential winner is unreachable, if the prize notification is undeliverable, or if a potential winner declines acceptance of the prize within ten (10) business days of the drawing. In these instances, Members Choice Credit Union may award the prize to a randomly selected alternate potential winner.  

Members Choice Credit Union is not responsible nor shall have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Members Choice Credit Union is not responsible for any potential technical or difficulties that may arise during the automatic selection process. The potential winners of the Payday Giveaway are subject to verification by Members Choice Credit Union, whose decision as to the administration and operation of the giveaway and the selection and verification of potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. All information submitted becomes the property Members Choice Credit Union and will not be acknowledged or returned. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of winning the prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem the prize. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution of prize is permitted. Members Choice Credit Union will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. All taxes, fees, surcharges or liabilities relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Payment of any federal state or local taxes will be the obligation of the winner, and any costs not specifically identified herein are the responsibility of the prize winner.  

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Each entrant and winner grants to Members Choice Credit Union and representatives the right to depict, publish, publicize, license, and/or exploit all or part of their name and likeness, for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without notice and without compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

PROGRAM LIMITATIONS: This Giveaway is subject to suspension, cancellation or modification at any time without prior notice or liability if the integrity of the program is compromised in any manner as determined by Members Choice Credit Union. Members Choice Credit Union reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
