Members Choice Credit Union "Breakfast of Champions" Giveaway:  Five (5) prize winners will be selected based on the total number of Hero submissions, or based on the evaluation of the heartfelt note in the submission, and their nominated Hero will receive a breakfast delivery at the Hero's place of business. 

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Members Choice Credit Union "Breakfast of Champions" Giveaway entry period begins February 10, 2025, at 12:01am  and ends on March 14, 2025 at 11:59pm (CST) (“Entry Period”). Entry into the Members Choice Credit Union Breakfast of Champions" Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion. Entries received prior to or after the entry period are not eligible for the offer. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Members Choice Credit Union "Breakfast of Champions" Giveaway is open to all Members Choice Credit Union members who are 18 years or older.  Only individual persons may participate. Registration or participation from any corporation or other entity shall not be accepted or considered valid. 

HOW TO ENTER: Any Members Choice Credit Union Member who submits a Hero nomination between February 10, 2025 - March 14, 2025 will be automatically entered. All entries received before or after the prescribed dates are void and ineligible for a prize.  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN GIVEAWAY:  Anyone the age of 18 and over can enter one time per Members Choice Credit Union membership account by completing a postcard that includes your name, phone number, complete address, email and birth date and mailing it to our 18211 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094 location postmarked on or after February 10, 2025 and set to arrive by March 14, 2025 at 11:50pm to qualify to enter. Only one entry per person, per hero, is allowed. Postcards must be complete, accurate and legible to qualify. All information submitted becomes the property of Members Choice Credit Union and will not be acknowledged or returned. All submissions must be received during the giveaway period. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Members Choice Credit Union is not responsible for any potential issues or other difficulties that may arise during the entry process.   

WINNERS: There will be five (5) winners selected based on the total number of Hero submissions, or based on the evaluation of the heartfelt note in the submission. Members Choice Credit Union will attempt to notify the potential winner within five (5) business days of selection by email or telephone number on the entry form at the time of entry. The Hero Nomination winners will also be announced on Members Choice social media channels after the breakfast deliveries occurring between March 18-28, 2205. Prize forfeiture will occur: if a potential winner(s) is (are) unreachable, if the prize notification is undeliverable, or if a potential winner declines acceptance of the prize. In these instances, Members Choice Credit Union may award the prize to a randomly selected alternate potential winner. Members Choice Credit Union is not responsible nor shall have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Members Choice Credit Union is not responsible for any potential technical or difficulties that may arise during the automatic selection process. The potential winners of the "Breakfast of Champions" Giveaway is subject to verification by Members Choice Credit Union, whose decision as to the administration and operation of the giveaway and the selection and verification of potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. All information submitted becomes the property Members Choice Credit Union and will not be acknowledged or returned. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of winning the prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem the prize. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution of prize is permitted. Members Choice Credit Union will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. All taxes, fees, surcharges or liabilities relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Payment of any federal state or local taxes will be the obligation of the winner, and any costs not specifically identified herein are the responsibility of the prize winner.
